As an experienced coach with stops at multiple NCAA D1 colleges, including Washington State University, Seattle University, and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Mitch is not only incredibly well-respected, but very well known too. 

Having participated in 3 NCAA Tournaments, including 2 while working with Tony Bennett (current Virginia Head Coach) and 1 while on staff at Cal Poly, Mitch is no stranger to success. In addition, he has coached over 20 professional players, including multiple NBA players over the years. Now, he looks forward to combining his passion for helping people and his deep relationships in college basketball to help the EET family to accomplish their goals of playing college basketball.

London born and raised, Kieran is an established individual in the UK basketball scene. As a standout in high school, Kieran was set to have opportunities to reach the collegiate ranks, but when an injury hit, he lost scholarships and the opportunity to compete at a higher level.

. This has been a huge driving force ever since, as he has sought out ways to help others and make sure they get the necessary exposure and opportunities as the Director of On My Grind. 

His ten years as a coach across every level of British basketball, ranging from the grassroots stages, to the Elite Youth Basketball League and the National Team pathway have put him in a position to support players and families and to always put them and their developmental needs first.

Vlad is a very well-known talent scout in Ukraine, and has already reported to EET some good Ukrainian talents in the past. Now, the relationship has become official with the addition of him to our team. 

Anton is a professional basketball player of 206cm, who has played professionally in Spain and Ukraine. Now, he is starting his coaching career and also specializing in the scouting and development of young players.

The Dziuba scouts are the best in this field in Ukraine and they have the experience not only in evaluating talent, but also in supporting the families of the young players in making the right decisions for their future basketball and academic careers.

As a regular in the Baltic States basketball environment, Ansis has been involved in basketball from all possible directions. It started as a player in the Latvian Youth Basketball League and carried on from there to several amateur leagues in Latvia and LBL3. In addition, he has been a basketball equipment sales consultant for national teams, and a regular on the camp scene as a coach throughout Europe. Now, he unites his biggest passions, which are traveling Europe and basketball. His mission is to help players chase their goals by find the right playing opportunities, and reaching the highest levels possible.

A native of Norway, Sigurd possess a wealth of varied basketball experiences. Norwegian born with a British passport, he was identified as a member of the Norway Youth National Team program, where he was part of various team selections over the years. As he progressed in his basketball career, EET, was able to help him broaden his horizons further and opened up a door for him in Italy to play in the professional ranks there. Throughout his career, he knew he always wanted to help others to experience some of the opportunities he was able to receive. This led to him joining the Elite Euro Talent family in a Scout capacity. Today, he assists families and players to realize the opportunities and pathways that may exist for them outside of their home country.

A highly experienced manager with strong organizational and relational skills, Mr. Sharifov is a very will known person in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. 

His deep knowledge of the local environment and culture, is of great help to the families that aspire for an academic/athletic career abroad.

Born in St. Petersburg, Russia, and with Belorussian origins, Olga eventually moved to Italy 14 years ago. With a degree in Business and with an expertise in communication psychology, Olga is capable of identifying players with the right personalities and characteristics. Moreover, she has great experience in helping the families to choose and settle into Italian clubs.
